How to get ipod or iphone out of recovery mode and How to solve the sad face or folder error problem

Sometimes whenyou try to update the software from your Iphone or Ipod and something goes wrong you'll see the image above... This means your Iphone or Ipod is in Recovery Mode and it asks you to connect it to iTunes.

The best way I found to solve this was to connect it to another pc with iTunes and the problem was solved.

But if you can't access another computer there're still a few things you can do to try to fix it.
